Very delicious, gentle, airy buns with three different fillings! You have a home of constant bickering about what kind of stuffing to make? Now this problem is solved, because You can please everyone in the family! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Olga 101010 called "Canadian muffins" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Overnight soaked raisins, apricots and prunes. When you start to make the dough, drain the water from the dried fruit, to postpone to dry out. Mix the flour and yeast.
Add the melted butter and egg.
Add salt, sugar, pour in the milk. It turns out the elastic dough which does not stick to hands. It is possible that You will need more or less flour or milk.
Leave the dough for proofing for 1.5-2 hours.
To prepare the filling. You can take any filling of your choice. I took walnuts, raisins and dried apricots with prunes.
Approaching divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Each piece of dough roll out quite thinly with melted butter.
And add layers on top of each other. First put a layer of raisins on a layer of nuts.
And the top - layer with dried apricots and prunes.
Turn the layers into a loaf.
And cut into slices thickness of about 1.5-2 cm.
Put the buns on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle top with sugar.
Put again on the delay of approximately 45-60 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees until Golden brown (about 20 minutes).
