Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Parsley

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    12 tooth

  • Water

  • Seasoning

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

This is my flour. It is similar to semolina finely ground and the color is pinkish with brown blotches.

Mix 400 gr. flour with dry spices (garlic and parsley) and salt

Dissolve the yeast with warm sugar water and let them rise

Beat the eggs with the yogurt and melted margarine. Pour the resulting mixture had come up with the yeast in the flour, add vegetable oil and knead a smooth, soft dough, adding the necessary flour. Leave at least an hour, the dough will increase in volume 3 times, to press down it and leave for another half hour. Sorry no photos of this process. After the second punching formed into small buns (I got 18 pieces). Lay them on a baking sheet and let rise. Then lubricate with WARM WATER(!) and bake at 200g for about an hour.

Even hot biscuits remove from baking sheet and add to the pot, peremeshav their garlic sauce, cover with lid and give to cool down. Garlic sauce: garlic to crush in the frog, and, together with spices, salt, vinegar and oil in a blender. Add a little of warm boiled water, until the consistency of liquid sour cream. After cooling the buns is better to shift so that they are not softened by moisture released in the process of cooling. Soup these pampushki pleasure.
