Ingredients

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Here are the products we need.

In the sifted flour, add the pieces of butter and sugar.

Then add the cottage cheese and yogurt (I had blueberry). You can add sour cream.

Knead the dough, roll it into a ball. Put 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a diameter of ~6 cm. Apples cut into small flat slices. Each piece put on each circle of dough, slightly sprinkle with cinnamon. The edges of the dough grease eggs and sasobit.
