Prepare a dressing of soy sauce, Apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil. Boil beetroot, cut into thin slices, marinate it in the prepared dressing. Put on a dish salad leaves, cut into thin strips. Parsley, dill, arugula – chop coarsely and add to salad leaves. Put the thinly sliced salmon and mackerel, then pickled beets. Pour sauce remaining from marinating the beets. Little stir. BON APPETIT!!! :)
