Very gentle, easy cookies without flour... I love almonds, so I can never get past the almond pastries. You are welcome!

Cooking
The almonds need to be peeled. To do this, fill nuts boiling water 2 times for 2-3 minutes. After that the grains will easily jump out of the peel. Now grind the almonds in bleder into a homogeneous crumb.
