Cake from the liquid of cottage cheese
This recipe I got from my mom. Very simply prepared and very quickly eaten, at least my home.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • The mixture powder

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    25 g

We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until it dissolves.

Add the cheese and stir until smooth.

In a greased form (d=20cm) pour 1/4 of the packs of dry mixes for cake, flatten.

The layer of dry mixture spread 1/3 of the cottage cheese-egg mixture, flatten. Then repeat the layers. Total should have 4 layers of dry mixture and 3 layers of curd.

On the top layer of the dry mixture cut butter into thin pieces or grate.

To put in heated to 200*With the oven for 40-45 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
