Cooking
First make a form for cupcakes. I want to focus on more, because someday, someone in the comments I was advised to do if there is no ring for the cake, here's a form for yourself. But the boy did not understand me. I hope the boy will see it in my recipe and you will understand what I mean. Let's get started. We need a plastic bottle and scissors.
Cut a ring of the desired height. Brownies low, so 5-7cm, we have enough.
We will be working with a split form, so we cut our ring...
... and the cut fix tape. Repeat the operation 4 times.
That's all! Here are the molds we have. The diameter of each 7cm.
Prepare the form in the form of a heart. Cut a small strip from a plastic bottle. Bend against the natural bend of the plastic.
Fold in the form of a heart we need size. Will sahnem angle inside and outside the strip close the circuit. Connect with a stapler.
Now, on to our cake. First prepare the jelly. Jelly you can take dry, ready and easy to cook according to instructions. But I'm a natural product! Cook concentrated cherry compote 400g cherries (you can pit) and 200ml of water. Add 4 tbsp of sugar. Cool.
Measure out 200ml of liquid. Generally focus on your form for the hardening of the jelly. I have a small rectangular silicone. We need jelly 1cm tall. Of this amount of juice, take 3 tbsp and soak 5g gelatin. Give the gelatin to swell 10 min (or according to instructions to your gelatin). Bred on a small fire, but not boil! And add the warm compote. (Forgot to take pictures)
Pour into shape and put in the cold until fully cured.
Now taken as a basis. Cookies grind in a blender into crumbs.
Mix with 1tbsp.l. cocoa. If the cookie you have a chocolate, then cocoa is no need to add!
Melt about 80g of butter. About, because of different cookies takes a different amount of oil. We need to get the mixture crumbly, and under stirring formed a single lump, which is easily up with the pace of vessel walls. Combine the biscuits, stir.
Molds mounted on a plate (saucer) and put our molds in a mixture of cookies.
We put our basis in the cold somewhere on 1H.
Prepare cream puff. 5g of gelatine soaked in 2st.liters of cold water for 10min. 125g yogurt, 2st.l. powdered sugar (can be sugar, but not a big one) and 2st.l cream cheese (Almette I) are mixed.
Gelatin heat, but not boil. Add the cream. Important!, the cream was room temperature otherwise there will be lumps. Mix thoroughly.
Jelly already frozen. Put a bowl of jelly bottom in hot water, then turn on the table, covered with food film or parchment. Cut with cookie cutter hearts.
Get our bases for cakes from the cold. Spread cream on top. Important! To make one cake, because the cream is quickly freezes on the cold basis and has not come out to drown our jelly.
Take jelly, spread on top of cream and lightly pressing, push in the cream. And so with every cake. Put them in the cold for 1 hour or overnight.
Prepare the chocolate sauce. Mix together 1tbsp of milk, 2st.l. sugar 8G vanilla sugar, 2st.l. cocoa powder and 1H.l. flour. So you need to mix to obtain a homogeneous mass. Put the resulting mass into a suitable saucepan and on medium heat bring to a boil. Diminish the fire and leave very little to boil for two minutes.
Remove pan from heat and add to it 20 g of butter. Stir so that the butter melted and mixed with other ingredients.
Add 1st.l cream and again mix well until dissolved.
In the morning while our favorite washes or luxuriating in bed, take out the cakes from the cold. Hold the knife along the walls of the mold.
Remove the tape and remove the ring.
Boca cakes decorate with almonds. On the edge pour the chocolate sauce. Decorate as desired. That's all! It remains to make only favorite Breakfast drink and enjoy a taste of cupcake!
You say that Valentine's Day has already passed! And I answer that, first, you can (and should!) any day of the year to make the most romantic! And, secondly, there is still 23 February. And March 8! (here should be photos of the same cake, but with a flower out of jelly, but my young assistant, while my mom was taking pictures, has already started the "cytotec" to eat :-) )
