Description
I love cheesecake – creamy cheese, shortbread base, a tantalizing scent... So delicious... and so damn rich. Well, decided to seriously buckle down and prepare the body to spring, I propose to evaluate alternative dessert – without using cheese, sugar, flour, starch, biscuits, and so on.

Cooking
To prepare this dessert, I was inspired by recipes users Lianna (diet Cheesecake without baking) and marinamurat (Useful cookies "Fitness-bombs"). To start with the biscuits for the cheesecake (I hope connoisseurs at me not too will be angry if I call cheesecake).
2/3 mashed banana to add to oatmeal, bran and cinnamon, mix thoroughly. Washed in boiling water raisins to add to the future of the cookie monster (my raisins were a little thick so I had to grind it a little). Then mix well the raisins not too willingly joins the common party.
The form (I D=21cm) to lay culinary parchment, evenly compacted with a spoon, bake at t=200C 10min (baked in the convection oven at t=10min 205оС, AVG speed).
Please note: the edges of the paper should be long enough to make it easier to extract baked the base for the cheesecake. Be careful, ready Korzhik thin and brittle. Soak the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Swollen gelatin to heat up, without boiling, until complete dissolution (I prefer to do it in a water bath – a slow but sure way). Cool.
Filling: pureed banana, sour cream, cottage cheese, honey – all blend to a smooth paste. At this stage, be sure to taste for flavor – you may find it not sweet enough. A thin stream pour the cooled gelatin into cottage cheese while continuously whisking with a mixer.
Assembly. Previously used the form to lay cling film (the edges should also be long enough), place it on the cooled cookie.
Put the stuffing, smooth. In the refrigerator until complete hardening of the filling (for the night or for three hours or so).
If you wish, you can cover it with frosting for a more convenient and close for you recipe, I didn't.
