Delicious crispy chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients

Flour
350 g

Sugar
150 g

Cocoa powder
3 Tbsp

Butter
200 g

Chicken egg
1 piece

Vanilla sugar
2 tsp

Leavening agent
1 tsp

Coconut shavings
Cooking
Blend butter with sugar and vanilla.
Add the egg and mix well.
Add the cocoa and mix again.
Add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
Roll the dough and cut molds figurines.
Baking tray lay a parchment paper, lay out the figures. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
The finished biscuits sprinkled with coconut. Of this number the test I got 85 cookies.
