Why this name I do not know. Just from early childhood, this wonderful dish was called so. Always to the 8th of March trained by his father for their 4 favorite women. So it has remained in my memory as the most festive dish. Try it, may be useful to you.

Potato peel, wash. It is advisable to take a round medium size. I only had large, so I had to cut. Washed potatoes to drill, lay out spirals of potatoes on a towel and allow to dry for 5-10 minutes.
