Salad with persimmon, ham and blue cheese
Saw this wonderful recipe in the TV show with Dasha Malakhova. After my performance was that we will be friends for a long time. This insanely delicious combination. If you try, you will not be able to part with it for a long time. Despite the fact that now is not the season for persimmons, but I really wanted to share with You (were able to find in the off-season just Sharon).

Here are the ingredients that we need for making salad

My towel and dried arugula (can be lettuce leaves), torn by hand (in any case do not cut - will taste bitter) and place on a plate. Onion cut into half rings and pour boiling water for a few minutes. Prepare the dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
