Description

Apricot-almond tart
And again, Jamie Oliver, or rather, my variation on his recipe (after all, I'm very indifferent to preparing men.. ). In my opinion, a very successful combination of delicate cookie crust and a sweet nut filling. Nice to start the day with a Cup of tea with this cake, as I am today... Try it and You!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    0.66 pack

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
For the dough: chop margarine with flour into crumbs
step-1
The dough put into the fridge
step-2
Meanwhile, prepare a filling. Grind almonds (not quite flour, but to small pieces)
step-3
Beat with a mixer the butter with the sugar (sugar can be honest and less than 4 spoon to get jam and so very sweet), add the egg and tablespoon of flour, beat again until creamy. Then add the nuts and stir.
step-4
Chilled dough spread in the form greased with butter baking paper, forming a small bumpers.
step-5
Spread on top of apricot jam (preferably not a lot of syrup, and more berries).
step-6
On top of the jam spread the walnut filling and levelling the surface with a spoon.
step-7
Send the cake in the oven for 45 minutes (the top is not too fried, it is possible to cover, in about 15 minutes, baking paper) the Finished cake to cool before removing from the mold. (empirically established that the cake tastes better cool it, while the taste is something similar to roasted nuts :-))
step-8
Pour seagulls...and Bon appetit!
