Cheese cakes
Wanted to cook Ossetian pies from his KK prescription GemPink, but I had to clean the refrigerator in connection with a weekly departure. Cottage cheese is full, and that's what happened... I mean, well, sooooo good..!!! Didn't even think to put it, tried after the first baking and decided that the second baking of these cakes will go to you to sample!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Mashed potatoes

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Dough: In warm milk, add sugar, salt, yeast. Set aside for 15 minutes. Add flour, knead the dough, then vegetable oil - the dough will be elastic, hands on stick will not. Close and leave to rise for 40 minutes. Rises very well. Then you can punch down and let rise again. I have never had the time, so the dough has risen 1 time!

Filling: mashed potatoes (I had from yesterday's dinner) + cheese + egg + salt - mix thoroughly.

During this time the dough rose. Cut off a piece and you don't even have to roll; I the working surface greased with vegetable oil and just flattened the dough into a pancake. Put the filling. Quite a lot, the dough stretches well, so don't overdo it!

Collect the bag of dough. Turn over and, again, hand-making, creating a cake!
