Chicken Breasts lightly beat off, to give them a smooth shape. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg. Put the flour on a sheet of parchment.
On another sheet, pour a thin layer of chopped almonds. Each chicken fillet roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, roll in almonds, lightly pressing the pieces of nuts by hand so they do not crumble. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Put it in the prepared breast. Fry them for 4 -5 minutes on each side, until Golden brown.
