Trifle - a delicious English dessert. "English Housewives are extremely cost-conscious. They came up with such luxurious use of stale bread as bread pudding. There are many varieties of this dish, but the basis is always pieces of cake or biscuit soaked in something tasty: a sweet liqueur for the adults and fruit juice for the children." Long wanted to prepare this delicacy. Of course, this is not a classic recipe. But in this, simplified, version of the dessert we loved it!

Cooking
You can use ready-made crust of biscuit or make it yourself: 1 tbsp. flour - 2 eggs - 3/4 tbsp. sugar - baking powder. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and baking powder, add gradually the flour, bake the cake for about 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated oven. Cool, cut into cubes. For children, you can moisten the biscuit pieces to the syrup, for adults used liquor.
Cook the cream: in a saucepan put all the ingredients and whisk the mixture on low heat until thick. Do not boil! Cool.
Fill the glasses or molds in layers: pieces of sponge cake cherry cream slices of sponge cake cream mini marshmallows bits of roasted nuts or grated chocolate. The dessert have to how to cool off - put it for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. You can treat yourself!!!! It's magically delicious!
