Custard cake
No claim to special originality, will offer another option favorite cupcake

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    13 Tbsp

  • Ice cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

While baking the dough, mix the ingredients for the cream and whisk to a state of beaten egg whites

The finished cakes filled with cream with a syringe/small spoon and put into the fridge (I have a half eaten without frosting)

Proceed to glaze: sugar pour the milk, if you have a white batter, then add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, put on a small fire and cook, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved and boiling, good
