Cooking
Work into a smooth homogeneous mass of cheese, eggs, butter, vanilla and sugar with a mixer or whisk.
Add a Cup of flour and baking powder, a good drive with a mixer, then add half a Cup of flour and carefully mix everything with a spoon to obtain a soft silky dough.
Raspberry jam mixed with starch to avoid lumps of starch.
In the dough add the cherries (it should be little to chop).
In the form of iron (or plastic) to put paper molds on the bottom of each crumble corn flakes, to evenly distribute the chocolate cheese and jam (somewhere 1ch. L. both). If the paper shapers not, molds can be coated with butter (only the bottom!) and put 1 tsp. of dough (corn flakes can not put), and it has cheese and jam. On top of the filling spread the batter (about 1-1,5 tablespoons).
Bake in a preheated 200C oven until tender (you can check match: if the dough does not stick, then muffin is ready), until Golden brown. My scones were baked for 25 minutes.
Ready muffincake you can sprinkle with powdered sugar and... the sweetest tea party!! :)
