Cooking
Liver wash, dry, chop. Sauté until tender in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Cut the feta into pieces.
In a blender combine the liver, feta, mayonnaise and punching until smooth.
Finely chop the gherkins into cubes, leaving two of the gherkin to submit voluntarily.
Mix the pate with cornichon. From the toasted bread or loaf to make toast. Spread each thin layer of butter. Spread on toast pate. To put on for 2-3 minutes under the grill.
Decorate with dill and gherkins and serve!
