Carstens and natural chicken liver
Turkey hearts and livers, breadcrumbs and oil for frying. Fancy natural dish. Sertex children have attended just for the delicious meat. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Heart

    8 piece

  • Liver Turkey

    1 pack

  • Bread crumbs

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Wash the Turkey heart and liver. Cut hearts with excess fat. Of the liver to remove the veins. Heart cut lengthwise to the middle and deploy a book.

Gently beat with a hammer from both sides, being careful not to perforate.

Roll in breadcrumbs. I have a breadcrumbs with the addition of paprika. You can pre-add salt and pepper, but I liked the natural flavor. The kids didn't even notice the lack of salt. Plus I propose to make onion spicy sauce.

Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil, I use olive oil for frying. Sertex fry on both sides over high heat. Install fire and bring sertex until ready under the lid. It took me about 5-7 minutes per party.

Liver very carefully to discourage small hammer to allow the Board. Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil on both sides and until cooked. If the fork piercing appears clear juice, the liver is ready.

For the sauce slice the peeled onion half rings and fry in hot oil over high heat, stirring constantly. Add to taste soy sauce, brandy, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar syrup to taste and any favorite spices without fanaticism. A little to evaporate any excess liquid and transfer the onion sauce in a separate pot.

Bon appetit!!! I submitted sistex and natural liver cutlets with onion sauce, lettuce, chard and boiled rice noodles. (while the noodles were aterials - 6 minutes, half of Sarsekov left...)
