At first glance it may seem that this is a very unusual combination of ingredients in the dish — the fish stuffed with meat! But, since then, a few years ago when I first tried this kind of fish, this dish has become my signature recipe! Worth a try to see how delicious it is! Cooking
Here is a set of products required for cooking: 2 fish Dorada (weighing approximately 500 g), 20 strips bacon, uncooked sausages, garlic, olives and lemon (lime) and herbs, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Clean the fish, gut it and how to flush. The oven to turn on to heat up to 220°C.
For the filling raw sausages peel and put into a bowl. Add a few drops of lemon juice, pepper and chopped parsley. Usually sausages are already well seasoned with salt and pepper, but Cayenne pepper more than anything in the stuffing don't add. All mix well.
Fish quite a bit of salt inside and outside. Stuff the bream prepared with minced meat.
Now take 10 strips of bacon and place on Board a V-shaped pattern.
From above to lay the bream and wrap it, alternating stripes of bacon.
"To swaddle" so all the fish.
Also to do with the second fish. Put both fish on a baking sheet, lightly sprinkle it with olive oil.
Spread out around the peeled cloves of garlic, a few olives, sprigs of thyme, sage and slices of lemon (optional). On top drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. 10-15 minutes after baking, turn the fish 1 time. The Dorado is ready serve!
