Cooking
In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients: flour (2 cups), baking soda TM". Oetker (1 teaspoon), salt (1/3 tsp).
In a separate bowl, combine egg (1pc), sour cream (3 tablespoons) and sugar (1 tbsp).
The mixture beat until smooth.
To flour mixture add softened butter (70 gr.)
Chop the butter and flour into crumbs.
Add to the butter-flour mixture flour and baking soda.
Knead the dough. The dough should be soft and pliable. The dough is wrapped in cling film and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Then roll the dough to a thickness of 3-5 mm. the Workpiece for the donuts and the round cutting cookie cutter cut out circles.
On each circle put 1 teaspoons (heaped) jam, brush with the contour of the exposed surface with beaten egg (to better connect the top ring). Cover the surface of the second ring of dough.
