Salad "2010 "

Description

I invented another salad.. No fries (the salads don't love her), but hearty due to the chicken and mushrooms, and at the same time quite juicy because of the green beans and peppers. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

Mustard

Green olives

Cooking

Boil the beans in salted boiling water until tender.

Cut onion into strips, fry in vegetable oil.

Mushrooms finely chop, add to the onions. Fry all together until cooked.

For the sauce mix mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard.

The first layer spread on a dish of beans. I slightly shredded. A little grease sauce. All products must be cooled.

Hereinafter, mushrooms and onions.

Further - boiled chicken fillet, cut into arbitrary pieces. Boil as usual with salt, pepper and favorite spices (I only have salt, pepper). A little grease sauce.

Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes. Lay out the next layer.

Further, for the numbers, grind the nuts.

Add grated egg.

Grated cheese and remaining sauce.

From the resulting mixture put the numbers on the salad and edging.

Decorate with olives, fennel and cherry tomatoes. Well, the symbol of the year of the tiger. Cut on the same pattern as the snack, but cheese and decorated with thin strips prunes.
