Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Carrot RUB on a large grater or a special grater for Korean carrot. Salt, add sugar, liberally sprinkle red and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in oil (oil should be plenty).
