Souffle cheese
Cheese soufflé with cheese Belebey Bashkir Honey, butter, and eggs, done in the single-serve molds. Soufflé can be served on Breakfast on 1 Jan, you can serve on the holiday table with toast, or with salad or with salmon. I filed with red caviar. Festive and a wonderful spacious Breakfast or a festive snack.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Flour

    25 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Cheese

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Caviar

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

Prepare foods that we need for the souffles.

Put a saucepan with a thick bottom on the stove, butter cut into pieces and melt it slowly, stirring constantly, add the flour. Cheese cut into pieces.

In oil-flour mixture add milk. Stirring constantly.

Add cheese and keep on heat, stirring constantly until completely melted cheese.
