Vegetables with mushrooms in pita bread
Juicy, healthy vegetables in a crispy pita bread, what could be tastier. Help yourself, dear cooks.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Oyster mushrooms

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Slice the mushrooms.

Onion cut into. Fry the onions and mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil until cooked.

Cucumber cut into slices.

Tomato slice.

Parsley cut.

Mix cucumber, tomato, parsley, mushrooms and onions. Salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the filling on pita bread.

Collapse. Fry in small amount of vegetable oil on all sides until Golden brown.
