1. Peel shrimps and remove the dorsal vein.
2. Cilantro finely chopped garlic and ginger chopped, squeeze the juice from the lemon.
3. For the marinade mix garlic, ginger, coriander, chili sauce, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice. Pour marinade shrimp and put into the fridge for an hour.
