Pork chop, stuffed cabbage
Nice and simple, but so delicious that I would not be offended if I had this dish was served in the restaurant! Happy new year!

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sauerkraut

    130 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Bacon

    100 g

Cooking

Pork cut into chops. Cut, not dorezaya to the end.

A little bit of recapture, covering film. Neat!

Onion and garlic finely chop. We shall cut into slices of prosciutto. All together fry in sunflower oil until light brown. Add the cabbage and cook 10-15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In the breadcrumbs add the salt and roll in them chops.

Fry chops in hot sunflower oil until beauty! Serve with your favorite potatoes! I have fries.
