  • Minced meat

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

Three main ingredients: minced meat, semolina and milk. A little about the stuffing. If you have lean beef or veal mince instead of milk is better to add the cream 10%. I minced mixed beef and pork.

Onion RUB on a grater, garlic passed through the press. If there is a desire bow you can fry a little.
