Description

Red fish beer sauce
In our city, in a specialty store, sold by the freshest red fish, even in a light frost. Always, when I get to the store, buy pink salmon and chum salmon. And often think for a long time, how to cook. And since this fish is a little dry, I either bake with vegetables, or fried in batter. One cooking blog I came across an interesting, tempting recipe. Without hesitation, decided to cook. The fish turned out soft and tender, and the spicy sauce perfectly complements it. If you want to diversify the fish menu, we strongly recommend to try this dish.
