Turn on the oven, preheat to 180 degrees. Sift and mix both kinds of flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar.
Beat egg with sugar, pour vegetable oil and whisk.
Strawberries wash, dry, cut into quarters.
In the dry mixture and pour the egg and oil, pour in the milk, mix thoroughly.
Pour 1.5 tsp of dough into muffin tins, put in each of 3-4 slices of strawberries.
