Probably, many people like pancakes with Apple filling?!?! I invite you to try a variation on the theme... sweet, sweet dessert baked in a cake form of thin brown pancakes layered with sweet and sour filling of fragrant apples.

Cooking
For the dough: whisk lightly whisk the eggs.
Add a little warmed milk, salt and sugar. Mix everything together until smooth.
Gradually add the flour and mix the liquid batter without lumps. At the end of the mixing pour the sunflower oil and vodka. Prepared dough leave for 30 minutes at room t.
For Apple layer: I took the apples green, hard, sour.
With apples, remove the peel, remove the core and cut the apples in cubes and put in saucepan. There also pour water. Bring apples to a boil, cover and leave to languish on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
Next add the sugar, cinnamon and butter, stir cook for another 5 minutes. Apple stuffing remove from the heat and let cool completely. The filling can be crushed with a blender to puree, I left the pieces.
It's time to bake pancakes: a heated pan greased with sunflower oil and bake thin pancakes browned. Pancakes for this recipe to be tender with no crunchy edges.
