Cooking
Perch fillets thawed and cut into slices.
Mix vinegar with light soy sauce and heat. The vinegar should be very warm.
Pour the vinegar fish. Leave for 30 minutes at room temperature, covering the plate, so that the whole fish was completely covered with vinegar. Then remove an hour in the cold. You can leave to marinate for a longer time, but be careful that the fish does not become too sharp vinegar taste.
From pomegranate and lime juice. Add oil, honey and ginger. At this stage all depends on personal preferences. Honey, you can add more or not put at all.
Drain the fish with the vinegar and pour the mixture of juices. Refrigerate for another hour.
Serve with seeds from the second pomegranate. You can pour a marinade or olive oil. It is a matter of taste.
