Chocolate cake
Dedicated to ALL, especially lovers of chocolate cakes. This recipe I saw in some program and, as a fan of chocolate cake, could not cook. Very delicious, aromatic and as if soaked cake.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    170 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Water

    50 ml

Cooking

Whip in a food processor the butter with the sugar.

One by one add the eggs, pre-mix each egg with 1 tbsp. of flour.

Mix remaining flour with baking soda. Add to the butter-egg mixture, cocoa.

Add the flour with soda. Every time carefully knead.

Melt in a water bath chocolate. To add a lot of honey, melted chocolate, pour hot water. Mix everything on low speed until smooth (if no processor, you can manually) the Oven to preheat to 190 degrees. Put a split form with baking paper, lubricated with oil. Pour in the batter and bake for at least an hour.

Remove hot cake from the mold, wait until cake has cooled and add chocolate icing. Frosting: put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir, on low heat bring to a homogeneous condition.
