Cooking
First prepare the shortbread dough which we will bake in split form: mix flour, softened butter, vanilla sugar and simple sugar.
Cool, knead the dough, wrap it in clingfilm and put into the fridge for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Take the dough from the refrigerator and roll out with a rolling pin on the bottom of a split form. Put into the oven for 15 minutes. And now the sponge cake: Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla sugar, stir until the mixture has doubled in size.
Now add a spoon of flour, stirring constantly, starch. Now you can add water and again mix well.
Get sand cake - this will be the bottom of our cake. Spread on a baking sheet oiled parchment. Pour it on the biscuit dough. Put into the oven for 15 minutes at the same temperature of the oven. Meantime, prepare the pudding. We need 500 ml of milk (chilled).
4 tablespoons of milk to dilute the contents of the sachet, add the sugar and mix well. Put the remaining milk on fire and bring to a boil, remove from heat. Gradually infusing the dissolved pudding mix mixture. Again, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool. Take out from the oven ready biscuit layer and let cool.
Impregnate sand bottom strawberry syrup.
On the biscuit layer spread jam roll. Cut the roll into 12 pieces.
The ring cake is not removable. On a sand layer spread the slices of biscuit roll. Fill them with sliced loaf. Put into the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Now cut the fruits for the decoration of our cake. Prepare jelly, which we fill with the surface of the cake with fruit.
Prepare jelly as on the packet is written. On a frozen pudding put the sliced fruit and pour all the jelly. Send cake in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. That's all... Raduyte their loved ones sweetie! Bon Appetit!!!
