Really turned out nice cakes of puff pastry with custard eclectically and sugar syrup. Simple to prepare, sweet and tasty.

Cooking
Butter, sugar, salt and water mix in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour all the flour and quickly knead. Reduce the heat and continuously stir with a spoon until until the dough begins to lag behind the walls of the pan and slide into one lump. To drive turns 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk (I mixer churned). The dough should "Shine" and be stringy.
On a baking sheet lay out parchment paper, grease it with butter. Spread pastry dough with a teaspoon dipped in water, a little helping finger. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 210* until Golden brown.
Thawed puff pastry cut into squares (or rectangles) as You will or like. Put bake in the oven. Brownies are ready when well risen and browned.
In a pan pour sugar, add 5 tablespoons water and boil to a thick syrup.
Ready puff pour over hot syrup is not very abundant (this should be done quickly because the syrup hardens quickly). Top stick aklergic. Again a few drops of syrup. And sprinkle with coconut (or almond, or grate the nut that will be on hand).
