I love summer for its green outfits, for a wonderful fragrance. In cooking is dominated by fantastic fresh flavors. Turkey fillet cut into medium-sized pieces.
In the bowl of a blender combine marinade ingredients.
Add the marinade in the Turkey. Stir, cover and put into the refrigerator for a few hours.
While the meat is marinating, I recommend to bake wonderful muffins. In warm milk dissolve sugar and yeast. Add salt and flour. Knead a soft dough, at the end add the butter. Cover and put into heat for 30 minutes.
