Candy a La
This recipe is from my cooking notebooks. Cooked it first time 10 years ago. Since then often make these candies! The recipe is so simple and fast that it can handle even a child! And what delicious work!!! Really, something like "Snickers&am p;quot;! Treat their children, I think they will be very happy!!!


  • Milk

    300 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Nuts

    400 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup


Mix sugar, cocoa and liquid milk (or cream). Put the mixture on fire and, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn, bring to a boil.
Once the mixture boils, remove from the heat and add the peeled and roasted peanuts and the softened butter. Stir and gradually add the dry cream. Stir slightly with a spoon - the mixture will seize, and then knead with your hands. Get a very tight mass.
Cover the dish with cling film or sprinkle dry cream. From the mixture make balls and add to the dish. If the candy will be difficult to roll - wet bare fingers water - and all of this will be enough balls was perfect and not sticking to your palms)))
How did all the candy - cover them with clingfilm and put in an hour or two in the fridge. That's all :)
