Warm grill salad
This kebab salad our daughter and improvisation! Simple in execution, but very, very tasty! He is equally good both for holidays and for everyday! I sincerely advise you to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Steak weight 350 g seasoning pepper, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and oil it with 1 table spoon of vegetable oil from two parties. Leave alone for 10 minutes.

Fry the meat in 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil on both sides in a well heated pan until Golden brown for 4 minutes on each side. The fire is above average. Then reduce the fire and bring the meat until tender on low heat under the lid from time to time turning it. It will take another 5-7 minutes. Remove meat from the pan and spread on a plate, add salt to taste and set aside covered loosely with foil, for ten minutes. And so the meat stayed warm until the right moment, I put the plate of meat on the bowl of hot water.

Prepare the potatoes. It's best to use small tubers, but if you do not have those, you can use potatoes of medium size. Potatoes thoroughly wash the brush, to make the tubers punctures with a fork and put in microwave. Cook at full power (in my case 850 W) for 7-10 minutes, depending on the size of the tubers. While the potatoes are hot, quickly clean it from the skin. The taste of the salad is largely dependent on the cultivar. If possible, choose a potato that will not after cooking firm and watery.
