Salad
On the website a few lovely versions of this legendary salad. There are classic and raisins (great option) and mayonnaise. Today, I would like to share with you our family's version of this amazing salad. We tried a lot and came to this combination. Easy. Crispy. Refreshing. The salad is equally well suitable for meat, fish or as a standalone light meal.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

    400 g

  • Coriander

    1 coup

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Mint

    2 tsp

  • Lime

    0.5 piece

  • Yogurt

    150 g

Cooking

Krasnokochannoy take the cabbage and chop/ shred. A little remember that cabbage is a bit softer.

Thin half-rings cut red onion.

Sized bunch of coriander. Is green, this amazing complements this salad.
