Salad
I want to share another recipe. This time salad. Recipe taken from the magazine "School of Gastronome". Prepared for the arrival of guests to sample. And, to be honest, I didn't even expect that salad will be eaten in a short time. Salad turns out very juicy and tender.

Ingredients

  • Radishes

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

Here are all our ingredients. Radish and cucumber wash and grate on a coarse grater. The skin is not cut, it will give the salad a beautiful look. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. You can put in the freezer for about 30 minutes. It's more convenient to RUB it.

At the bottom of the salad bowl put the radish and mayonnaise. Some radishes (a couple tablespoons) to postpone for decoration.
