Beat the yolks with the white sugar, add cocoa, soda and flour. Beat the whites separately and add to the mixture.
Pour the batter on a baking sheet and bake at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
The finished cake put on the table, folded in half (CAREFULLY), put it into the middle of the rolling pin.
Prepare the cream: nuts I ground in a coffee grinder.
RUB the butter with the sugar and add nuts.
Gently put the cake on the edge and smear with cream the middle.
Put a banana in the middle. To lubricate the walls of the cake with the remaining cream, fold the cake and refrigerate for about an hour (to soak the cake and the cream is frozen). Then cut it into pieces and lay on a platter cut up.
