Description
This is a favorite dish in our family, which at the time, my husband peeped in Japan. Fragrant, tasty and to cook it fast and very easy. Rice "Kuban" from the Mistral by its structure is most similar to Japanese rice, which is why I used it. Maybe someone will confuse the presence of curry potatoes, i.e. rice with potatoes is nonsense. But don't worry, all very harmonious, delicious, nourishing and at the same time easily.

Cooking
Cook the rice in accordance with the instruction (although I would recommend cooking for 5 minutes less).
So, the rice is cooking, let us cook curry. Fry the mince in a hot pan without adding oil for 5 minutes.
While fried minced meat, cleaned and cut into very small cubes carrots.
Add the diced carrots to the meat, continue to cook for 3 minutes.
At this time, peel and slice the potatoes as well as carrots.
Fry the potatoes together with minced meat and carrots 5 minutes under the lid. If needed, add 3-4 tbsp of water.
Sprinkle everything with curry powder and chilli (in the original recipe it is not, this is my taste preferences), stir and heat for 1 minute.
Pour in the sauce with the flour, stir and gradually add water in such quantity that the sauce was quite liquid. Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper to taste. To make the fire on low and simmer 10 minutes.
