Beef goulash with mushrooms
This dish is two in one if to make the sauce thicker texture, you get a hot second, and more rare soup. Delicious, hearty, flavorful and bright, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    300 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Meat cut small across the grain. Season with salt and pepper.

In a saucepan (or deep skillet) heat the vegetable oil and fry the pieces of meat.

Onion cut into half rings, bell pepper strips, add to meat and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Then add mushrooms (champignons), pre-cut each into 4 pieces. To cook with the meat for another 5-7 minutes.

Put the tomatoes in their own juice (in season - thick tomato juice), if necessary - the tomato puree, adjust thickness by adding stock or water. Simmer the meat under a lid until soft. 5 minutes before end of cooking, add the sweet paprika, pepper, salt to taste.
