Omelette with cheese, herbs and mushrooms
Very tender and juicy omelette. In size - two full portions. Often helps when you need to eat tightly and quickly.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

Mushrooms cut into round slices, finely chopped onion

Mushrooms and onions fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Into a shaker pour the milk, beat the eggs, add the flour, salt, add a little sugar, pinch of soda. Optionally, add the ground allspice.

Pour the batter into the hot pan, greased.

As soon as the omelette starts to set, on one side put half of the grated cheese and greens

On top lay the mushrooms

Using a wide blade omelet to cover the second side, put the remaining cheese and herbs. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes.

The omelet is ready. Serve with vegetables, in this case, with colorful tomatoes.
