Grill Shawarma in profiteroles with rye flour
Love choux pastry. Cook profiteroles for desserts, and for savory snacks in different variations: wheat, rye, water and milk, adding cheese to the dough, etc. now offer another variation of profiteroles and a great snack for a picnic of them.
