Description
This is my favorite holiday salad. I tried it in Manchuria ten years ago and fell in love almost immediately. Since then, I try to cook as often as possible. It is very good to serve on the holiday table - it is low in calories and can be safely eat for the whole evening without exposing himself to the pangs of conscience. Solid benefits and the pleasure of taste. If you have broccoli on its own, then you don't blanch it with boiling water and put in a salad raw.

Cooking
Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences, convenient for eating. Pour boiling water for 1 minute, drain well and cool the broccoli under running ice water. Then very well to dry – depends on the taste of the salad.
Washed and dried the vegetables coarsely chop. Eggs cut into 8 pieces. Onion is easier to cut along the bulb. From parsley tear off the leaves, the stems do not need. Garlic finely chop with a masher not to use it.
Put vegetables and eggs in a bowl on top of the broccoli.
Mix the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, stir well. Then pour a thin stream of oil and stir well. Add the sesame oil if possible. Gently stir the salad, cover with plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for an hour to share their tastes and impressions.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
