The recipe for simple scones for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Sesame

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

In warm water dissolve yeast, add sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, baking powder, flour. Knead the dough, put in the fridge for 40-60 minutes. the dough is formed and allow to stand for 10 minutes, grease with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. Put in oven heated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
