French truffles classic
Chocolate truffles - one of the French candy! Love them almost all. And want to cook truffles with your own hands? In fact it is not so difficult. Come on, teach!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    300 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Cocoa powder

    50 g

200 g chocolate (2 tiles of 3) break into small pieces
