Chocolate truffles - one of the French candy! Love them almost all. And want to cook truffles with your own hands? In fact it is not so difficult. Come on, teach!

200 g chocolate (2 tiles of 3) break into small pieces
Cream heated to about 70-80 degrees, pour them chocolate

Use a fork to dip the balls in chocolate.
Dip them in cocoa. Again sent in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
