Salad with pickled beets and salmon
Salad marinovani beets - not so frequent guest on our tables. In Soviet times it was prepared on may sister, but not with the salmon (it was considered a special delicatessen and it was possible to get only an acquaintance and for decent money), and mackerel in oil. 5 years ago I tried it on a festive table with pink salmon and a salad left to cheer. I suggest to try this hearty and not a salad diet.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    250 g

  • Beets

    400 g

  • Canned fish

    2 can

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Lecho

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs. In the meantime, until cut into small cubes cucumber. Put in a separate container, add salt a little, mix and leave aside for 10 minutes. With cucumber stand out more moisture, which we later remove.

The beets from the jar put in a sieve or colander for a few minutes and drain the marinade.

Cook potatoes, peel, grate on a coarse grater (you can just in bowl), but I separately on a plate. It should be borne in mind that we have 3 layers of potatoes. In the first and second 4 tuber, the latter is only 2.

Put potatoes and pour it with sauce from kefir. I Lecho in tomatoes used of course, but also the shop will be none the worse. Importantly peppery taste.

Followed by cucumbers. At first they gently squeeze and put in a salad bowl. Mayonnaise.

Spread a layer of peas.

With a fork mash the fish with the liquid, choosing the vertebral bone.

Spread half of the fish layer, on top of the potatoes, then beets and a layer of mayonnaise. If you love salt lightly add salt.

Further, the second layer of fish and potatoes.

Again mayonnaise. On top on a fine grater eggs and decorate with carrots on a fine grater. Send in the fridge for 3-4 hours to infuse and to soak. Bon appetit!!!
