Soon the New year and time to think about the menu on our holiday table. What is Christmas without the traditional recipes? I offer you the recipe of the jelly.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • The chicken legs

    800 g

  • Knuckle

    1300 g

  • Beef

    850 g

Wash the meat in cold water. Even better at night soak. In a saucepan, add the water. Put: blade, shank. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Don't forget to remove the foam during its formation. As soon as we brought it to a boil, turn down the fire to minimum. Cover with a lid and cook for 3 hours.

Take out of broth, meat, carrots and onions. Allow to cool. Add the broth and garlic.

The cooled meat is cut and put in the trays. Cooled broth strain through a sieve. Fill in the boxes. The jelly cool to room temperature and put into the fridge for the night.
